ASEA products are tested by a nationally recognized lab that specializes in large-molecule bioanalysis for pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Headquartered in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, this lab is a global leader in outsourced laboratory services developing, optimizing and conducting Redox testing, third-party validation, supporting pharmaceutical discovery, pre-clinical and clinical development and manufacturing.
In 2015, ASEA partnered with this nationally recognized lab to work in unison with our internal product teams to monitor the quality of our production process and give the scientific validity of the nature of our products. This process helps to ensure that every product made is of the highest quality and endorsed scientific effectiveness.
Specializing in biomarker testing, their team of PhD-level experts validates the existence of redox signaling molecules in the product establishing the proven potential and value of ASEA’s promising and innovative products.
To maintain this lab's certification, ASEA provides a weekly product sampling for scientific assay to substantiate the existence of redox signaling in ASEA products and for product quality.

Through these research efforts, our associates and consumers can take note that systematic investigation, which includes research development, testing, and evaluation, has been done to demonstrate the benefits and safety of our products.

We believe we have the science to back up efficacy and safety of our products and we continue to seek out new opportunities for scientific validation. Science is an ongoing endeavor. It doesn’t end with the most recent research and will not end even once we know the answers to the larger questions regarding the benefits of ASEA and redox science. Answering one question inspires researchers to explore deeper and more detailed questions for further research. As long as there are unexplored and unexplained opportunities, the ASEA science team will continue to investigate them.
Production
In order to support the company’s steady growth, ASEA has invested millions of dollars in a production facility that enables us to control the creation process from raw materials to your doorstep. Operating a facility of our own also allows us to maintain the highest quality assurance, control costs, and provide stability to our business.
The 41,500 square foot facility houses offices, testing labs and a production floor. Storage and fulfillment take place in the warehouse portion of the building. The facility produces approximately 15,000 cases of ASEA Redox Supplement each week depending on global demand. Which is only about 30% of the facility’s capacity, and 10,000 tubes of RENU 28 per week allowing us to grow as demand increases.
Certifications
The ASEA Production Facility is FDA registered, NSF Certified and GMP compliant and undergoes regular inspections. Additionally, our facility is Kosher certified. Registering our facility with the FDA, means that we agree to follow all current GMP guidelines for dietary supplements Section 21 CFR, part 111.

Value of our Certifications
ASEA Redox Supplement is classified as a dietary supplement in the United States. As a dietary supplement, it is not FDA approved but is FDA regulated. The FDA oversees dietary supplements under a different set of regulations than those covering conventional foods and drug products. Dietary supplement manufacturers and distributors are not required to obtain approval from the FDA before marketing their products.
Before a company sells a dietary supplement, it is responsible for ensuring that the product it manufactures or distributes is safe, that any claims made about the product are not false or misleading, and that the product complies with the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and FDA regulations in all other respects. These laws apply to topical products as well as to foods and supplements.
Good Manufacturing Practices
How a company manufactures a product and the facilities it uses to make the product are equally important to both the FDA and to consumers. The NSF International—a global public health and safety organization that provides food safety and quality assurance services across all food supply chain sectors—certified ASEA’s production center as a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) compliant facility. This certification confirms ASEA’s products comply fully with the regulations set forth by the FDA as they relate to the production and testing of dietary supplements with specific standards for safety, quality, and performance.
